On April 30th, CSIC (601989) Wuchang Shipbuilding industry Group CO.,LTD completed the 8th largest new 400,000DWT super-large ore ship built for China Merchants Group and ICBC Leasing - "ORE ZHANJIANG" was successfully delivered.

A total of 20 super-large ore ships of 400, 000DWT , FBR has provided hundreds of HMPE mooring ropes.The HMPE fiber rope fabricated by FBR has great breaking strength and satisfied the norm of classification societies such as LR、DNV.GL、CCS and relevant standard of ISO,follows all the standards of regulations MEPC179(59)、IMO、SOLAS、IALA、ILO and fully responds to the requirement of VALE wharf including PDM (Ponta da Madeira of Brazil). 

In order to better provide users with the best quality service, FBR will send technical engineers to visit the ship every time when we are informed that a new VLOC ship is coming back from Brazil with a full load, to help and guide the crew to do HMPE rope use, maintenance and inspection, and at the same time we listen to the crew's feedback carefully, then submit the manufacturer's report to the ship owner.Good after-sales service has won the shipowner company and the crew's praise.
